Hi 👋, my name's Julian.

I'm an Emergency Medicine doctor working in the NHS in the UK.

I'm interested in strengthening the individual so that we can remain as independent as possible. But I also want the best acute healthcare possible for when things hit the fan.

Stronger Medicine is my exploration of this.

As a type 1 diabetic, I've got skin in both games: doctor and patient. I'm interested in Emergency Medicine, physical culture, lifestyle, and the spaces in between.

For us all: Do what we can to remain strong and autonomous.
For providers: Deliver excellent clinical care under pressure.

This means I want to explore how to remain as strong, independent and autonomous as possible. But I'm also determined to be the best clinician I can be, to deliver the best care I can for when things hit the fan.

Prevention is better than cure. But strive for world-class clinical care when prevention isn't enough.
