ECHO 3: LVH

Patient treated as fluid overload secondary to cardiac failure (HFpEF). ECHO shows hypertrophied LV, walls kissing on PSLA, mitral valve anterior leaflet excursion good, seems like reasonable LVEF on gross viewing.Couldn’t obtain good SC4C view.

ECHO 2; NSTEMI, diastolic murmur

Patient diagnosed with NSTEMINoted by clinicians to have diastolic murmur.ECHO shows ??mitral stenosis. Possible dilated LV but may be due to suboptimal views

Lung 2; SOBOE

Patient presenting with worsening SOBOE.CXR suggests possible minor effusion with small blunting of CP angles, but no pulmonary oedema seen otherwise. LUS showed bilateral effusions and increased pulmonary oedema.But IVC doesn’t appear plethoric, LVF poorly assessed.
