Patient presenting with worsening SOBOE.
CXR suggests possible minor effusion with small blunting of CP angles, but no pulmonary oedema seen otherwise.
LUS showed bilateral effusions and increased pulmonary oedema.
But IVC doesn’t appear plethoric, LVF poorly assessed.
