My name is Julian.
As a type 1 diabetic and practicing medical doctor in the NHS in the UK, I have a deep appreciation for the power of medicine.
However, I am also convinced that, often, what we do for ourselves can be more even more potent than what the health system can offer.
Stronger Medicine is my exploration of this.
Together, we aim to discover how we can be our own best advocate for our health, and be autonomous, strong, useful and our own best selves.
